The world of UI/UX design is exciting, and as a Junior UI/UX Designer, you'll be right at the forefront, creating user experiences that are both beautiful and functional. This role is a great fit for someone with a strong foundation in design principles and a passion for making digital products user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand user requirements.
Translate user research and insights into design concepts using storyboards, sitemaps, and user flows.
Design user interfaces (UI) that are aesthetically pleasing, intuitive, and consistent with the brand identity.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes using design software.
Present design ideas and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.
Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design skills.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Understanding of UI/UX design principles (e.g., user research, information architecture, interaction design).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating a great user experience.
1-2 years of experience as a UI/UX designer.

Bonus points for:

Experience with front-end development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of user research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, usability testing).
Experience working in an agile development environment.
