A Technical Project Manager 5+ years experience is required to design and develop materials to support marketing initiatives and campaigns, enabling business development. The candidate will work closely with the digital marketing team and must understand the strategy, audience, and objectives. We are looking for someone having working experience in an IT company.

Key Responsibilities

Define the product vision and roadmap.
Identify and prioritize product features based on user needs and market trends.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor landscape.
Develop and execute project plans within scope, budget, and timeline.
Manage product backlog and prioritize work items.
Facilitate agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and track progress.
Manage risks and issues, escalate when necessary.
Have a strong understanding of development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Collaborate with development team to translate product vision into technical requirements.
Ensure product quality and adherence to technical standards.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders (business, development, sales).
Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
Present product roadmap and progress updates.
Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence) preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for building successful products.

Qualification

5+ years of experience in project management (IT preferred).
3+ years of experience in product management or related field.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong technical knowledge (software development, frameworks).
Agile methodologies certifications (Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner) a plus.
