We're seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Craft compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the position and attract qualified candidates.
Utilize various online resources (job boards, social media platforms, professional networks) to source potential hires.
Proactively reach out to passive candidates through targeted outreach campaigns.
Screen resumes and applications, shortlisting candidates who meet the qualifications and possess the necessary skills and experience.
Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role and cultural fit.
Prepare interview schedules and coordinate logistics with hiring managers.
Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Assist in onboarding new hires (optional).

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 6 months of experience in HR recruitment.
Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience with sourcing tools and social media recruiting a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
