Key Responsibilities

Identifying and qualifying new leads within the healthcare industry who could benefit from our SaaS product.
Developing strong relationships with potential customers and understanding their specific needs and challenges.
Crafting compelling sales presentations that highlight the value proposition of our SaaS solution and how it addresses their pain points.
Negotiating and closing deals to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Building and maintaining a strong network of contacts within the healthcare industry.
Providing ongoing customer support to ensure successful onboarding and product adoption.
Analyzing sales data and trends to identify new sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Proven success in exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
In-depth understanding of SaaS products and their sales cycle.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with potential customers on a personal level.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
A self-motivated and results-oriented work ethic.
Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
A strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its current trends (a plus).
