A Backend Developer (Python) 3+ years experience is required to design and develop materials to support marketing initiatives and campaigns, enabling business development. The candidate will work closely with the digital marketing team and must understand the strategy, audience, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and Develop Server-Side Logic: Architect and implement robust and scalable backend systems using Python.
Design and develop server-side logic to support various applications.
- Database Management: Manage and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
Develop and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases.
- API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the frontend and backend systems.
Integrate third-party APIs and web services.
- Collaboration with Frontend Developers: Work closely with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Collaborate on the overall system architecture.
- Code Optimization and Performance Tuning: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in the backend code.
Optimize code for maximum speed and scalability.
- Security Implementation: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data.
Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
Provide documentation for troubleshooting and future reference.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a backend developer, with a focus on Python development. Hands-on experience with frameworks like Django or Flask.
- Programming Languages: Proficient in Python, with a good understanding of its ecosystems and libraries.
- Database Skills: Strong knowledge of database design and management, both SQL and NoSQL.
- API Development: Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts.
- Problem Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
