We're seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Craft compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect the position and attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various online resources (job boards, social media platforms, professional networks) to source potential hires.
- Proactively reach out to passive candidates through targeted outreach campaigns.
- Screen resumes and applications, shortlisting candidates who meet the qualifications and possess the necessary skills and experience.
- Conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess candidates' suitability for the role and cultural fit.
- Prepare interview schedules and coordinate logistics with hiring managers.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Assist in onboarding new hires (optional).
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in HR recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience with sourcing tools and social media recruiting a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
