The client wanted a centralized PD hub that promotes collaboration, ensures adoption across schools, and creates value for providers. We implemented a role-based membership system with clear feature controls to address multiple user types. Providers were given tools to publish insights and structured experiences, while educators could easily discover, save, and implement them in their toolkit. A dedicated Admin Portal acceptable for monitoring engagement, managing subscriptions, and performing bulk onboarding.
